How are the reports and dashboards branded?

During partner setup we collect your logo, colour palette, and preferred report format, and every deliverable from that point on — audit PDFs, monthly reports, and the live rank-tracking dashboard — carries your identity and nothing else. There is no "powered by" footer, no vendor watermark, no metadata pointing back to us. The dashboard sits on a link you share with clients as your own, and reports arrive as editable documents so your team can add commentary before sending. If a client printed every deliverable from a year of work, our name would not appear once.

Will our clients ever know you exist?

Not from us — confidentiality is the foundation of the entire model, and it is contractual, not a courtesy. We sign an NDA before we see a single client name, we never contact your clients under any circumstances, and we never list your clients (or you, unless you ask) in our own marketing. Internally, our team works on your accounts as if we were your employees, and every artefact we touch is branded as yours. How do you handle client calls?

However you prefer — most partners simply present our reports themselves, using the internal briefing notes we prepare before every client call, and never need us on the line. When a conversation is going to get deeply technical, we can join the call silently branded as "your team" — your SEO lead, introduced under your agency's name, on your video background if you like. We speak as your staff, never as a vendor, and we follow your lead on what is discussed. Many partners use this for quarterly reviews and big renewals; the client leaves more confident in the agency, which is exactly the point.

Is there a minimum number of clients?

No. Plenty of partnerships start with a single client site — often one the agency just closed and cannot staff, or one that has outgrown the current freelancer. That first engagement is where you pressure-test our quality, our turnaround, and our reporting before routing more of your book to us. Wholesale rates improve as your portfolio grows, and the Partner Scale tier formalises that with a volume rate card, but there is no gate to get started. Bring one client; the rest tends to follow on its own.

What if a client churns — are we locked into a contract?

If a client leaves, you stop that client's wholesale fee at the next monthly boundary; there is no penalty and no long minimum term hiding in the fine print. Your wholesale rate card stays locked regardless of how many clients are active in a given month, so pricing stays predictable even when your roster fluctuates. We would rather earn the next client by performing on this one than trap you in paperwork.

For an established partner, a new client site is typically onboarded within five to seven business days — access collected, tracking verified, branded audit delivered, and the first sprint scheduled. If you need a pre-sales audit to close a prospect first, that usually lands within three to four business days of receiving the URL and target market. The first partner setup — NDA, brand assets, rate card, Slack channel — takes about a week and never has to be repeated. In practice this means you can say yes to an SEO deal on Monday knowing fulfilment starts the same week, without hiring anyone.
